Are you set on the tavern? There are plenty of other spots around town that accept dogs. We don't even have to stay in town. Your options are limitless. Perhaps a bit more limited with dogs in the equation, though.

Camping sounds like an excellent idea! That's much more flexible. You're not limited by venue size or pet rules.

I suppose the only thing we'd need to work out is a guest list and a supply list.
