Yup! Baldr did say that he wasn't sure he'd know much about the specifics since he's more of a knight than a mage, but he said he would do his best to tell you everything he knew.

I also want to see if I can visit the dragons.

If you do, let me know when you leave and take someone with you. The dragons are currently friendly, but they are known for...kidnapping those they find to their preferences. Although it's unlikely, it never hurts to be cautious.

Of course! I've already asked someone if she would go with me, and she said she's already friendly with some dragons.
