It's called Dragonjade. There's only one place you can get it back in Tyria, and even then, the circumstances surrounding it's creation are pretty...unique, let's say.

You should only need one... But it can sometimes ask for two, so we'll just have to see.
[He then walks over to the well.]
The process is simple. Just toss the bauble inside the well with the item you want in mind, and if it's able it will appear out of the well.
