After a long, exhausting, but fun day, and then being sent into that state of content bliss, wrapped up in his warmth and the heat of the bruises he's left behind, the sweet scent of them mixed with the starflowers that have changed to shimmer a deep crimson through their room, her body takes to that deep sleep without any effort at all.

When Eustace enters, he will find himself at the front door of a large, dim manor, a wide staircase greeting him in front, and hallways leading to the left and right. There are candelabras with flames flickering all over the walnut walls, and the home is dead silent...

[Stepping into the dreamscape, he feels the cool, night air bristles past him, causing his cloak to flutter behind him. Glancing down, he takes note of his attire...and it is indeed the same vampire costume from before, which is strangely similar if not completely identical to the one he had back in his world. He still never quite understood how that happened...
But in any case, he just checks himself for a moment before he feels something a little strange about his canines. Running his tongue over them, he realizes they are much...sharper than usual.

After finishing checking himself, he steps forward towards the door, which slowly opens for him. Well, that's clearly his invitation, isn't it? Stepping through, he takes a curious glance around the manor. So quiet...silent...]

[A light quirk of his lips before he walks further in, the door closing silently behind him. While the wide staircase is an obvious choice....... He's going to take a left. He'll either find her quickly or keep her waiting, and he'd rather take his time if possible. After giving her that little appetizer, he knows she'll be wanting for much more.
Little does he know that something else is watching him from the shadows...]
[He won't find her quite yet. Just a bunch of dusty old rooms that look like they haven't been used in a long, long time with dust and cobwebs making a home in them. Crates and boxes, old furniture, all the sort of things one might find in an old manor just like this one.
As for Tifa, she is wandering elsewhere in the house. She's found herself in what "appears to be" a bedroom. She really shouldn't act so surprised—she was the one who put all of this here, mimicking the description in her book as closely as she could. It's a classic vampire's room—a large four-poster bed with silky red sheets, a matching lounge on the other side of the room, a mini-bar with bottles of red wine to decorate it...
There may be a few other things scattered about... that she added... but he will have to discover them on his own when he finds her.
For now, she will wait patiently, exploring the room to her heart's content... though, it feels as though it might beat right out of her chest with how quickly it's moving with anticipation buzzing all across her body. The thrill of wondering when he might enter the dream and find her. Though, she has a feeling it won't take long.
And, to help him out a little, she'll "accidentally" drop a pair of cuffs to the floor, and in the distance from above, he'll hear the sound of something made of steel clattering. Oops.]

He doesn't hear the hint. However, given that he doesn't really see any sign of her, he's already turning around to make his way back to the foyer, still taking his time to see how restless he can make her.
However, as he passes a darkened area, he feels something prick the back of his neck, like a bite. Alarmed he whirls around and rubs the back of his neck, but he doesn't see or feel anything. Nothing except a cool wind and a strange chill along his skin.

Is it part of the dream...? The setting?
He feels strangely unsettled, but not sensing anything else and since no actual blood was drawn, he continues walking forward.
Unaware of the two small holes hidden beneath his hair, a purple glow sealing them shut with black smoke.]
[Tifa runs to the locked door to press her ear to it, listening for his familiar gait in the halls... though she can't quite pick it up. So, she paces around the room, that heat that had pooled in her belly only growing hotter as she's forced to wait.
What for? She could just go look for him, run to him and give herself away, but that would ruin part of the fun, and the whole point of this dreamscape, wouldn't it? She wants him to look for her, wants him to find her, and when he does...
She glances at the wine with a bite to her lip before she finds herself at the door again, opening it just a crack.

[He had just neared the entrance to the foyer when he hears that creeeeeak, his ears pricking at the sound. Glancing up at the floor above, he smirks.
Of course it would be upstairs. And yet...
Slowly he'll ascend the stairs...idly wondering if he has any special "vampire abilities" the stories like to write about. Abilities that he's not so sure the vampires of his world share. But he takes his time, making Tifa wait even more, and as he nears the top of the stairs he feels a strange throb at the back of his neck. Again he frowns, briefly rubbing it, but it goes away just as quickly.
His thoughts are further distracted when he can now catch her scent, something sweet and enticing coming from where the partially opened door is. He looks down it, eyes unknowingly gleaming....

Before he turns the other direction and deliberately walks away, smirking to himself.]

It's a strange feeling, but again he thinks it's just the setting of the dream. Hungry vampire thirsting for his next meal and all. Makes sense, anyway, and with the "prey" being his own wife, well. Only natural he would have other "thirsts" as well.
Yet he doesn't want to make this too easy for her still. Knowing she wants him in a certain location, he'll lure her farther away still. Give her some distance to "run" should she want that kind of chase, and if not, well. Just more ways to prolong the inevitable. And he could have a little bit of fun, too...
So Tifa will find herself walking for a while, Eustace still nowhere to be seen. But it grows darker, the candlights so dim she can barely see, and a strange chill seeps into the air.]

Even though she knows he can probably hear her, when the floorboard creaks under her feet, it makes jump, her gasp echoing louder than the squeak of the wood through the corridor.
If she wasn't on edge before, she certainly is now, her pulse quickening and a shiver running through her bones as she gathers the skirt of her old-fashioned dress in her hands and presses onward.
[It's then that she'll hear it—the loud flutter of a cape, followed by the blur of a large shadow, the movements strong enough to cause a current in the air that extinguishes all the candles around her.]

[He really shouldn't be having as much fun as he is, but Eustace quietly chuckles before an arm wraps around her from behind, right beneath her chest as a white gloved hand already sliding firmly up the front of her throat as he tilts her head away from him, lips right by her ear.]
[She shouldn't be so surprised by it, but when she feels him press to her back, his hand finding her throat, she stiffens with a gasp, her body instinctively arching towards him.
