It's called Dragonjade. There's only one place you can get it back in Tyria, and even then, the circumstances surrounding it's creation are pretty...unique, let's say.

Not at all! It took me a while to finish cleaning up my workstation, anyway. Oil doesn't come out as neatly as you'd like.

You should only need one... But it can sometimes ask for two, so we'll just have to see.

The process is simple. Just toss the bauble inside the well with the item you want in mind, and if it's able it will appear out of the well.
