Data on all individuals Eustace has met in Songerein so far. Includes basic info and notes that Eustace would remember but I would be useless and forget. Feel free to contact me if anything is incorrect or changes. Mostly written for OOC purposes but also limited to information he ICly learns, so for example he might know someone's full abilities so it only lists what he's aware of.

For "Relationship" status, I go first by how well Eustace is able to connect and trust someone followed by the number of interactions he's had. By default most people will start as "Acquaintance." Currently listed in order of appearance but may rearrange as CR develops and such.

In the comments are lists of characters that he's met at least once but hasn't left a strong enough impression or hasn't kept up recently to be put into the files yet; and a list of dropped characters he's interacted with.

NOTES: Eustace and Tifa have gone through a lot through both games, particularly in Song where they've been put in several high tense and emotionally heavy situations. But they still managed to find love and married December 3, 2022. He's proposed to Tifa about five times, possibly more. They are also very gross and affectionate, please do not mind the flowers that spread around them. Entry chronicling their threads/story can be read here.

NOTES: Precious girl. As canonmates, Eustace and Lyria already have an established relationship, and he has a very big soft spot for the young girl. Here in Songerein, he and Tifa have taken it upon themselves to look after her, the young girl almost immediately becoming a part of their family. Eustace in particular is very protective of her and will electrocute destroy beat up anyone who hurts her so don't you dare.

NOTES: These two have something like a "cat and dog" relationship where Vanitas likes to annoy Eustace, but Eustace treats him like any other young adolescent and returns it if he feels like it. They have something like a rivalry and will compete when fighting together, but they can also work together in begrudging alliance. Friendlier to each other than they think.

NOTES: They have a very interesting "older brother, younger sister" sibling dynamic that neither probably planned for, but it happened, anyway. They'll tease and rib each other in their own way, but they are close enough to care about each other, Oriphi especially. She helps take care of the dogs and Eustace suspects if he's not careful she'll steal them all. NOTE: ORIPHI IS NO LONGER IN SONG BUT WHATEVER KEEPING THIS PAGE FOREEEVEEER

NOTES: They are basically mirror images of each other, with Eustace seeing his past reflected in Beatrix. Because of that, he tries to push her towards a different path away from the one he had been on. This can lead to him being a bit more aggressive about "feelings" than he normally would, but he can see that Beatrix is changing. Their similarities also helps them understand each other, and gives Eustace the advantage in knowing how much to push and when to let her go at her own pace. All of this has led to close companionship and trust.

While they already had a good relationship, it deepened into friendship after Susato helped out during the Nocstace plot. He probably sees her as something like a little sister, too. NOTES: Hans is always on his best behavior around Eustace so he's none the wiser of the prince's questionable past. But it looks like it's going to work out as Hans seems to be less inclined to be power hungry and is actually willing to help Eustace in his various projects and endeavors.

With Toge a bit more laidback, they have an amiable relationship and sometimes help each other. Toge is especially fond of the corgis and Eustace freely allows him to visit to play with them whenever he wishes.

They have an amiable relationship and work well together. Eustace was a little confused at first as he initially thought G'raha was an Erune before he saw the tail.

NOTES: They get along and work together well, and Eustace respects Trahearne's abilities and intellect. With the number of times they've helped each other, especially with what happed when Phantom turned noctaere and Eustace's own noctaere episdoe, their bond has strengthened that Eustace would readily consider Trahearne as a friend and trustworthy ally. So much so that he's asked Trahearne to be the officiant for his and Tifa's wedding.

NOTES: At first Eustace had been wary about Phantom after learning of his curse, but it wasn't long before they formed an amiable relationship, especially as they were both quiet individuals and got along well. That relationship deepend as Eustace teamed up with Trahearne to subdue him when he turned noctaere, something Phantom would return the favor when Eustace turned noctaere. Phantom is Eustace's go to person for anything music and in dealing with his own nightmare energy problems.

NOTES: Me is......a very interesting young girl who Eustace is never really sure what to think of. Mostly because every time he's met she's ogling him. Very weird. However, while he finds her hangup about her curse valid, he also believes she's in a safer more welcoming place in Song so he tries to encourage her to be less embarrassed by it. And yeah sure he cares about her well-being. Enjoy that frame.

His respect for her as deepened after she voluntarily helped him and Briallen grow closer again after the two were in a bit of a shy spell after the Nocstace episode. So probably closer to "Close Acquaintance," at least in his view.

NOTES: Although a strange demon, Eustace finds him tolerable and Alastor did volunteer to help with teleportation services. Eustace did stumble upon him while he was having a glitch episode, and offers his communicator to help him channel into a frequency to try and stabilize. Alastor is deathly afraid of the dogs, which given his background is valid.

NOTES: Eustace doesn't like this guy. At all. With the first impression being at the nuclear implosion, it's difficult for him to see anything positive about him—even if Tifa seems to be friendly with him. Doesn't help that Reaper likes to get under Eustace's skin, especially teasing him about his relationship with Tifa (though Eustace will not deny that Tifa could do better or deserve better).

It was mostly Beat messing with Eustace, but after the Nocstace episode they've become more like friends. While still messing with each other in their own way. Beat has the potential to earn the "little brother" spot.
